Return Policy

Dear Donors of this noble cause.  We operate at the HIGHEST integrity and honor.  We work hard to give you a wonderful product in lieu of your support. Please  READ our guidelines before ordering.  If  you need to email us, please be gracious and courteous.  An order confirmation is sent with every order and ship immediately after and will email your tracking number.   We are doing our best to help those less fortunate become self reliant and devote our life to helping those in need.   The workload is great and very few helpers.  Therefore, please save our frontline souljahs the drama of behaving ungodly or ignorant in your communication.  Give love you and receive love.  Give thanks for your support and please spread the word and tell friends!

Due to the unique nature of this amazing fundraiser and the customized art, we are not able to refund any products unless it’s damaged or for the reasons below.  As soon as an order is placed, little fingers start to stitch with by hand.  These are not made in sweat shop factories.  They are fair trade and made with LOVE.

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a Problem report to us.

The return address is set by default to the Merkato’s third party partner’s facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Merkato’s third party partner’s facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

Returned by Customer –  Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges to your end customers.
