Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and the items ordered. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates, and busy periods may take longer.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size, or an incorrectly selected color. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit your applicable statutory consumer rights.

Contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and its label. Please report production issues within 30 days of delivery so we can submit a claim promptly. Eligible issues may be resolved with a replacement or refund. Please do not return anything without instructions from us.

Check the delivery estimate, tracking information, and shipping address first. If your package is overdue, contact us promptly with your order number. For packages lost in transit, our fulfillment partner requires claims within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, so please allow us time to investigate and submit your claim.

Contact us immediately if you need to change your order or delivery address. We will check whether an update is still possible. Once production begins, changes or cancellation may no longer be available.

Follow the care label supplied with your item. Care requirements vary by fabric, print method, and product type. Avoid applying an iron directly to printed artwork.
